It has taken me a long time and a lot of thought to consider what to write as my first posting. Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Helen and I am working mom of 2 and am blessed with a solid marriage to a good man. I am a Christian and love the Lord.
Blogging is new to me so this may take some time for me to get used to posting information but I am always willing to take on a new challenge and learn new things.
My family is an active bunch and we love the out of doors. We are active in all seasons and are determined to spend quality time together as a high priority. Life is a journey and we believe we should put people and not things first in our lives. We try to live simply and are consistently trying to pair down posessions because we are aware of the freeing feeling you get when you are not emotionally tied to a possession.
We do try to take a vacation every 5 years to celebrate our marriage and family. Recently we took a vacation to Paris and the current posted picture is from the Louvre. I am the one in the back. I'll post about the vacation shortly.
Well, off to focus on work.
